How it works:

By referring your turn-downs and other hard-to-place loans to us, you will earn a referring broker fee. We are committed to honoring our referral network and to paying out the referral fees. Working with us means that you always keep your client, and you get paid on every loan to a client that you bring to us.

Referrals should include:

1. Executive Summary / Loan Scenario
2. Recent Appraisal
3. Credit Report/financial information on borrower if available
