Lending Tiers

TIER 1 LENDING
About 25% of our business is referrals to banks for traditional and SBA loans. We work with the borrower to fine tune their business plan & structure and assist in packaging the loan documents & necessary applications.

TIER 2 LENDING
This level is private money lending for businesses and investors that don’t meet Tier 1 criteria or are looking for a shorter turnaround time.  Tier 2 Lenders are less restrictive with credit, time in business, profitability levels, etc.
  • Business Lending  - Our private lenders typically fund in 2-3 weeks.  Their rates are higher than traditional banks starting at 8%+, but they have a much broader acceptance level.  Rates are typically in the low-mid teens, but the use of funds vs. the actual $$ cost of the money justifies higher rates.

​TIER 3 LENDING
This is the hard money / bridge lending tier.
  • Business Lending - This is emergency funding not to be used unless there is a specific need.  We have options available for poor credit and companies in cash flow crunches, but we heavily qualify the use of funds so that the loan is beneficial long term to the borrower.
