Rich Newburg
Rich Newburg, founding partner at Green Knight Funding, has served real estate investors in the New England and Florida markets since 1992, starting as an independent real property owner as well as a principal at the appraisal and brokerage firm, The Drumlin Group, in the late 90s. Rich also founded and owns CornerLot, an appraisal and brokerage firm based in Boston.
His 24 years of experience include commercial and residential property management, as well as a specialty in the leasing and sales of office, retail, and industrial space. He has a particular passion for retail value-add and assemblage, leading a team in Massachusetts and Florida in developing several 300+ unit mixed-use residential and retail developments.
No stranger to the number-crunching side of the business, Rich boasts experience in appellate tax work and development consulting. He recently served as acquisition and development manager for a large commercial property owner with a portfolio totaling more than 40 shopping centers and STNL properties on the east coast.

Principal partner at Green Knight Funding, Greg Wise makes sure your deals get funded. His real estate experience includes commercial and residential acquisition as well as private funding. A believer in the power of relationships and customer delight, Greg works tirelessly and creatively with developers and investors to create flexible financing solutions. Deals include loans as well as equity partnerships.
